I Made Damriyasa, M.S and Prof. Dr. rer. net. I Made Agus Gelgel Wirasuta, M.Sc. Apt as the Expert Group for Education, Health, Social Security and Manpower.

Furthermore, the woman who is familiarly called Bunda Putri revealed that the previous generation passed down many types of traditional medicines whose benefits have been proven. "Our ancestors
is known to have qualified skills in traditional medicine. This is stated in the ejection which we have not fully dug up and read," she said.
According to Bunda Putri, what was passed down by our ancestors must be preserved and can be reappointed with a number of adjustments so that it can be accepted in the modern era. According to her, several things that must be adjusted are product packaging and hygiene factors. "This is important to note so that traditional medicines have competitiveness. With good packaging, the medicine will be easy to use and guaranteed cleanliness," she explained.

Still in her presentation, this woman who is known to have multi talents in the field of art alluded to the active role of TP PKK Bali in socializing the use of traditional healing services as an alternative to reducing chemical substances. She added that one of the targets of the 10 main programs of the PKK is health. Therefore, TP PKK as a government partner is committed to supporting programs in the health sector. In connection with the movement for the use of traditional medicines, the TP PKK encourages the use of the family's medicinal plant yard (toga). Associated with the Bali Provincial Government program, gowns can be used as first aid in the family sphere. More than that, if the yield is large enough, the toga can be marketed to be used as raw material for making traditional Balinese medicine. In addition to program integration, TP PKK Bali is also active in socializing through media such as television and radio. "Of course, we always involve competent experts in their fields," She added.

Meanwhile, Prof. Damriyasa broadly explained the 44 Milestones of Balinese Civilization in the Bali Era which are the implementation of the Nangun Sad Kerthi Loka Bali Vision. "The 44 points are a marker of the New Era of Bali. The results of the real work of Governor Wayan Koster," He said. In principle, the 44 pillars of civilization are comprehensive, involving three fundamental things, namely nature, humans and culture. He continued to describe, Balinese Traditional Health Services are one of the milestones marking the New Era of Bali. Governor Koster pays attention to traditional healing services because Bali is blessed with natural wealth and biodiversity which is a gift from nature, abundant biodiversity which has been used for generations for herbal medicinal ingredients. "Balinese excels in the field of usada. If it can be explored and developed optimally, apart from health it can also bring economic benefits. The Governor is well aware of this," he said. He also explained a number of concrete steps in the development of traditional health services. From a juridical perspective, Bali Governor Regulation Number 55 of 2019 concerning Traditional Balinese Health Services has been issued. Furthermore, the Bali Provincial Government has also built a Post-Harvest Processing Center for Medicinal Plants (P4TO) which are spread in Rendang, Baturiti and Pengotan. In addition, the Bali Provincial Government is also working on opening departments traditional medicine at an educational institution. Prof. Damriyasa is seriously committed to working on this field because of the huge potential that the Island of the Gods has. If not taken seriously, he is worried that this potential will be taken over by outsiders.
Complementing Damriyasa's explanation, Prof. Gelgel mentioned that traditional health services around the world generated USD 4.4 trillion in 2020 and each year it is estimated to increase by 10 percent. He believes, with the abundant potential that it has, the Bali Region has the opportunity to boost revenue from Traditional Health Services which can be integrated with the tourism sector. He then gave an example of Bali's success in handling Covid-19 by using usada arak. From his calculations, at that time the government was able to save quite a lot of budget because the patient's recovery was faster with the help of usada arak. According to him, the discovery of usada arak began when he read a cukil daki ejection which mentioned the use of arak and a number of spices to relieve symptoms of a disease that is synonymous with Covid. "The ejection only mentions breathing, now we have to be smart in translating and relating it to the current situation. It turned out to be an extraordinary finding and very helpful," he explained. Ending his presentation, Prof. Gelgel invites the public to continue exploring, developing and preserving Balinese usada. Don't have regrets when outsiders see and take advantage of this potential.
