'Penggak PKK' in Buleleng, Putri Koster Spread the Mutual Cooperation Spirit

BULELENG, Balitopnews.com - Head of the PKK Bali Province Movers Team, Putri Suastini Koster, once again held the 'Penggak PKK'. This time, the 'penggak' as a place to distribute basic food to the Balinese people was carried out in Pohbergong Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency, Wednesday, June 17, 2020.

 

Fifty Balinese manners appeared lined up carrying cloth shopping bags or woven bamboo by keeping a safe distance according to health protocols. These housewives 'shop' for free staples which are arranged in the 'Penggak PKK ', such as rice, vegetables, cooking oil, herbs, side dishes, tea, rice coffee and granulated sugar. Assistance for daily necessities available at the 'penggak', according to a number of residents who came to 'shop', really helped the community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the current economic sector.

 

Chairperson TP PKK Bali Province Putri Suastini Koster said, this assistance was a form of TP PKK concern for the Balinese people who were definitely affected by the current economic situation. "Do not look at the material. Small indeed, but this is to arouse the spirit of mutual cooperation. In principle, we are in this situation the same fate. Surely there will always be a helping hand between us, for our brothers and sisters who are in dire need. Thus, of course, will certainly shows that they are not alone, "Putri Koster said. 

 

According to her  is also the wife of the Governor of Bali, the 'Penggak PKK' is a form of the embodiment of local wisdom Sagilik Saguluk Salunglung Sabayantaka, Paras Paros Sarpanaya,  Asah, Asih, Asuh, where Balinese people together face everything in joy and sorrow.


 

Not only distributing food assistance, Putri Suastini Koster also provided seeds, masks and information leaflets for Covid-19 prevention. This leaflet was specifically designed by RI's fifth President Megawati Soekarno Putri. This information is very important to be known to the public, especially those who live in rural areas.

 

The multitalented artist also seemed to entertain the public by singing Balinese songs. The excitement transmitted is giving more immunity to the people in Pohbergong Village.

 

Throughout the event, Putri Koster continued to remind the public to comply with the Covid-19 health protocol and implement a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS).
