Bali Provincial Government Issues Official Limitation of PCR Rapid Test and Swab Costs

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com. The Provincial Government of Bali, through the Regional Secretary of Dewa Made Indra, issued Circular No. No.440 / 8890 / Yankes.Diskes / 2020 in order to provide rapid test services and Covid-19 PCR Swab.
Circular dated 19 June 2020 addressed to the Chairperson of GTPP Covid-19 Regency / City, Regency / City Health Office, Director of Government / Private Hospitals, Head of Labs and Head of Clinics in Bali.
In order to provide Covid-19 rapid test and Swab PCR services, the Secretary stressed: for the rapid test / Swab PCR examination of Covid-19 cases and assignments from Bali and district / city GTPP Covid-19 were carried out free of charge.
For the rapid test and Swab PCR examination, travelers who need to go on their own (independent) can be charged according to the tariff provisions in each health facility.
The provisions of the rapid test rates that are applied in each health facility in order to adjust to the unit cost by seeking the cost does not exceed Rp.400,000. Meanwhile, the cost for Swab PCR does not exceed Rp.1,800,000.
All health facilities that carry out PCR rapid test / Swab checks to meet the standards and submit regular reports to the district / city health office with a copy to the provincial health office. (Gix)
