Governor of Bali Wayan Koster: State Civil Apparatus Must Work According to the Platform

DENPASAR, Balitopnews.com. In order to improve ASN's performance within the Provincial Government of Bali, Governor of Bali Wayan Koster gave direction to all officials and employees via virtual / zoom, on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
In an effort to strengthen the performance of the Provincial Government of Bali, Governor Koster requested that as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) realize and fully understand that working as an ASN is not just from working, but should work according to the foundation.
The foundation in question is a juridical basis based on laws and regulations as well as a foundation based on the development vision and mission of the elected Governor and Vice Governor of Bali.
"Where we know together the vision and mission of our development program at the moment is Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali towards New Era Bali. For that, all development programs, both long and short term, must be in line with the vision and mission, "he said.
In addition, Governor Koster also stressed that all ASNs, both civil servants and non-civil servants, must also be government spokespersons, both regarding the ongoing program, and the program that will be implemented. For this reason, ASNs must care about government programs and what is done by the Governor and his Vice Governor.
"Especially during this pandemic, I ask all ASNs in addition to understanding the programs in their respective fields, they must also understand the long-term and short-term programs that are being implemented by the government so that providing information to the public is not wrong," he said.
