Sixty russian surfers fighting race in Balian Beach, Pengasahan Sub Village, Lalanglinggah Village, District West Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, on Saturday 12 November 2016.
The surfing competition begins at 07.00 am until 10.30 run safely and smoothly.
AKP I Wayan Suastika as West Selemadeg District Police Chief said that surfing competition were followed by tourists from Russia. It is running smoothly and safely ini Balian Beach. He added, that ratings race first phase runs from 07.00 until 10.30 am. While the second stage race will be held on Sunday (13/12) tomorrow. "The first phase is safe and smooth race, and tomorrow morning will held for the second stage of assessment," he said.
