He also hopes that the implementation of Balinese Language Month can be held simultaneously at the traditional village level, service villages and educational institutions from PAUD to universities. "So that the Balinese language can really infiltrate and be used by the Balinese people," he added.

Moreover, he added, in this global development, many regional languages ​​have become unused or become extinct. For example, in Indonesia itself there are around 718 regional languages, and 11 of them are no longer used. This was also confirmed by UNESCO's statement in 2018 which said that many mother tongues had become extinct. For this reason, the UN agency designated February 21 as International Mother Language Day, and the implementation of Balinese Language Month in February is also in line with the commemoration of International Mother Language Day. "So, it is fitting for us as Balinese language owners to continue to use Balinese for daily communication. If the Balinese people unite in implementing this, and moreover have the same spirit of preserving it, I am sure that the Balinese language will continue to exist. "Let's preserve Balinese language, literature and script," he concluded.
